Leyland SDM Notting Hill | Decorating & DIY

Dan at Leyland in Notting Hill helped me out massively when embarking on redoing my home, going out of his way to provide guidance and expert knowledge. Couldn’t recommend this shop more.

Went into leylands, had a great service from 2 staff members Jose and Pedro, they really helped me find all i needed.

Loved the experience . Great customer service especially the guy mixing paints and the lady at the till. Keep it up guys.

Terrible branch.
Low stock and useless staff.
Careful with the advertised price tags, they are incorrect and the staff will blame it on you.

Also dont trust them to bring you the correct paint. Triple check everything!

Not a bad shop

I buy from Leyland all the time and generally I'm happy but this particular store disappoints more and more with empty shelves on bolts, plumbing, electric. You need to have a thorough look at your shelves!!

Example, for two varnish colours samples I have been told to leave deposit incase I won't come back for one of them," if not go somewhere else" that's wrong and I'm gonna share this information with all my costumers and Contractors.

Whereas one of the young men I delt with was trying his best to help me, the rest of the male crew was incredibly uncommercial- going very very very close to being plainly rude to me. This is unacceptable even more so that I think it is because I am a woman, and obviously so, not a builder. Very disappointing to face that type of behaviour nowadays.
