Went in and purchased a few bits, one of them being a 40mm plastic trunk for cabling. It was approx 3m long. Asked if they would cut it in half so it would fit in the car and was told no and to buy a saw to do it myself outside. Absolutely shocking service from what should be a very simple bit of customer service. I'll most likely use Wickes from now on!

Went to get a refund for kitchen cupboard spacers that go in-between the units that were never required and seemed to be added in simply to increase the price and if used would have looked stupid and we would have run out of space, £200 worth that should never have been part of my order.

There was no mention of these pointless items made by the planner, bit of a con in my eyes.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of capacity of the person who assisted me at the Liverpool store on 18/08/22, the person was clearly lost with the system and with that several parts of our kitchen came with wrong colours, missing parts, that's because we waited two months for our order to arrive and we only found out about the wrong colours and missing parts when the fitter was already here at our house putting our kitchen together. Well, we went to the store and the person who assisted us fixed the order. however, the delivery of two doors of our cabinet that should have been delivered on the 16th of November was still missing. I contacted customer support and now they are telling me that the product was cancelled due to be “out of stock”. We paid one more day to the fitter to finish our kitchen and I still don't have the cabinet doors and I don't have a deadline for delivery. I would like to express my disappointment with the services provided by a store that claims to be so big and at the same time so messed up and with the least consideration for customers. I paid an extra £150 a day to the fitter for a mistake that wasn't mine and now apparently I have to pay a few more hours for this kitchen to finally be finished?

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Knew exactly where to point me when I needed a specific type of paint.

Gave 5 stars as I always find staff are helpful. Guide you in the right direction and often give advice. Called in today for a replacement oven bulb...bulb area looked like a hurricane had passed through. Not much was available in the way of any type of bulb. Called to the customer service / collections desk only to find they no longer stock what I wanted 😏 Judging by the state of the bulb area, I personally think they won't be stocking bulbs in general for much longer (although I could be wrong and hopefully it will get tidied and restocked) However, staff directed me to somewhere I could get what I needed, and I did 😊 thank you.

I'm no Nick Knowles but after going to this store and speaking to the knowledgeable and friendly staff I've got no fears about finally changing that pesky light bulb after 2 years. I no longer need to poo in the dark... Thanks B&Q Aintree!

Best store! You can find everything what you need for your house. A bit expensive but if you want good quality this is the place!
