Large DIY store with good parking and everything you’ll need for around the home. Wide open aisles with products displayed clearly plus friendly staff who were more than willing to assist.

Large store that had all the products I needed ( I went in for an MDF sheet and some timber ). Staff were helpful and I made use of the free in-store cutting service on the MDF which was excellent and will save me time at home!

Popped in shortly after 9am on a Monday morning. Not very bust at all. Quick visit to the aisles that I needed, got what I wanted and was out within ten minutes. The automatic tills worked OK, which hasn't always been the case in the past. Prices are OK.

There was an error with the paint I had mixed. Went in and showed them what had happened. Staff very helpful. Fixed the problem for me. Nobody is perfect.

Went in for two things. Medium sized black "site" gloves. And basic, unpainted shelf brackets. Neither available. Ok for a one off, but this was my third attempt.

Good selection of dehumidifier refills and light bulbs when I visited today. Good to be able to use their website to see if items are in stock and on which aisle before you go there. Easy access on the edge of cheltenham and not too busy today. Having the self serve tills is good as there are never too many manned tills. Cant really complain

Overall my experience is good, but every time I visit (to actually buy something, not just browse around), I get the feeling like I’m being watched by their staff. I don’t get this in other stores. I don’t know if I look suspicious or what, but it can be unsettling when walking around. I’ve bought all sorts from here from wall paints to a hot tub. The store is a good layout and if you can actually find any staff to help you they are friendly and knowledgable.

Fantastic service from Daniel on the paint mixing counter today. He was really helpful and polite and sorted us out with the kitchen paint we wanted. He even saved it on the system for us in case we need more in the future. Brilliant!
