B&Q Kettering

Never seem to have stock at Kettering always have to usually go to Wellingborough to pick up my order. Never any staff available for assistance either. The lady who served me was cheerful and polite...

Never anyone there for click n collect. Just get in the normal till queue and they do it. Bit of a shame compared to what click n collect normally is.
Otherwise alright if that's all you're doing.
If I had to find something god help if someone's around to help?

Efficient click and collect service. Friendly staff. A very good range of DIY, gardening and household equipment. Well located in centre of Kettering with hood free car parking. Click and collect works well with message updates.

Not the cheapest of stores. Has a reasonable amount of stock but the Wellingborough store is bigger and better. Also beware online stock check, looked today said 6 in stock and the aisle to go to, well, the aisle was non existent and stock was zero, which meant a wasted journey! This is not the first time it has happened.

Always find exactly what I need for a good price. Did struggle to find a member of staff when I had a question on my most recent visit. When I finally did find one her answer wasn't helpful, but other than that I'm always a happy shopper and find all I need for my DIY projects

An OK average underinvested DIY store with poor choice in stock. Friendly and capable staff let down by under investment in the building and price's. Typical B&Q - go to wickes or screwfix for choice and better prices. Very misleading that trade account advertised prices are not available to the general public.

I have visited this store a few times in the last few weeks. What lovely, polite and friendly staff. Eager to help in any way. I got some good bargains in the sale.
I have a 10mile journey to get to the store but worth the journey.
I think great staff make such a difference to a store so Well done Kettering B & Q

I have to say don't use b&q as much as other places, but when I do always seem to have what I'm looking for, good selection of house plants, good all round DIY store
