Sent email to practice with information about my ear infection. Doctor telephoned 4 hours later. Discussed situation and doctor issued presecription for antibiotics. Picked up prescription 2 hours later. No problems, no complaints, system worked very well.

Receptionist today was extremely helpful and had a nice manner. When you have had experience of rather 'superior' types it is refreshing to come across sympathetic, friendly people.
Also, she didn't make me feel ignorant about my lack of IT.

I filled out an online form Friday afternoon for my son, I received a call from the doctor an hour later and a face to face appointment soon after that. A thorough appointment which led to antibiotics for him. Prescription sent straight to pharmacy who, although busy, were able to make up there and then.

Really hard to get appointments and when you get told you need an appointment for a medical review the admin team say no you don’t then ignore you. So then you can’t get your meds. Generally if you can get an appointment you get great people when seem to really care but sadly Norfolk is like a separate world of care so if you have issues you likely won’t get treatment because where in the rest of the UK they may operate to fix something like no cartlidge in your knees or something like that in norfolk they leave people to rot. Not sure why that is and sadly my husband is in agony every day now and miserable because of it my advice is don’t move here unless you can afford private medical care.

Called at 4:45pm with a child with a sudden ear infection screaming in pain. The online form was switched off so called up and the receptionist took some details, had a call from Dr Mahatme within an hour and asked if we could come in for a face to face appointment asap. Home with antibiotics by 6:30pm.

Fobbed off all the time a passed around from pilar to post. Have an ongoing health issue which i have suffered with for many years and have reached out for help from this practice on numerous occassions but getting absolutely nowhere. What does it take to get a face to face appointment at this surgery? I know during the time i have lived here the only faces i have seen are the receptionists. As for the web form you fill in, what an absolute joke that is! There have been numerous occassions where i have noy recieved a response at all and when i do get one, i get a very short and unhelpful reply fobbing me off to norwich walk in clinic for treatment. You are GPs for god sake, start acting like it!

Worst possible hold music. No follow-up from surgery. Told to use Web site but to do this you need to go in to register with passport. They prefer you to go to AE than to referrer you themselves.

At short notice, I reordered my repeat meds early as going away. Practice responded and prescriptions done by lunchtime. Really appreciated. Thx
