The Stansted Surgery

When you try to phone them for an appointment you can expect to wait forever.
There is hardly an appointment available. They didn't have appointments available for me for my check-up after giving birth, the health visitor needed to ask them to give me an appointment as i needed to be seen. Once, one of the doctors made me dress my 3 weeks old son in the corridor in the cold (after i was waiting 5 min inside of the room for him to finish a private phone conversation) because there were other patients waiting...
Shame because the doctor Andrei is a great doctor, but i have to change surgery as this is shocking...

In the past 3 months I have called the surgery 3 times and every time I have spoken to a helpful receptionist. I have then received a phone call from a GP in less than an hour. The GP has always been understanding and has given good advice. I am so pleased with the health service they provide!

The service at this surgery is outstanding, when covid is causing others to be affected Stansted Surgery service has been second to none. I've had a telephone then video consultation followed by a physical appointment, all within a short time and the issue resolved. We had the exact same experience for my 1 year old son who has been unwell recently. The Reception staff are fantastic, they really go out of their way to help and always friendly. Being pregnant during a pandemic and having a 1 year old son Stansted Surgery is definitely the best for us.

An excellent local surgery, with committed and friendly staff doing a great job in always challenging circumstances. I've always been able to get appointments for myself or my children when needed, and always been happy with the advice and treatment provided.

Utterly shocked and Appalled by the attitude and lack of compassion by Dr Leeman.
As a concerned mother for her 18 month old son I have been made to feel ignored fobbed off and a nuisance.
Dr Leeman quite frankly is in the wrong profession and I feel quite sorry for future patients that must bare witness to his dismissive and couldn’t care less attitude.

The best surgery, everyone is so helpful, kind and amazing in there! Have reccomended it to friends who recently joined there too!

Due to the present circumstances I was told that no face to face appointments were being made so a phone call was expected at a particular time no call was made called surgery 20 mins later was waiting for 10 minutes on the phone to be told that the Dr was trying to call me 25 minutes later still no call
