Best GP surgery Iv ever registered at. Reception team are so friendly both over the phone and face to face. They go above and beyond. Professional and non-intrusive which isn’t something Iv ever had elsewhere. Appointment waiting times really good, have never had to wait more than a week at the most for availability! They’ve even called me with last minute cancellations to see if I was free which I was so grateful for. The doctors are all great too! I’m happy to see any of them when need be. And Nurse Jo is AMAZING!!! She was happy to help me with all of my questions, so friendly and has a naturally calming/relaxing presence to put you at ease (which is always nice when you’re nervous about getting poked and prodded!) Iv never had a bad experience here and have been registered with them since 2017! Keep up the great work Ladies! invaluable assets to the community!

Despite the pressures of the MHS and the inevitable difficulties all GP surgeries are facing, the staff at this surgery are fantastic - all of them. They've looked after my family over the last 25 years and I'm so grateful to them.

The rudest receptionists especially on phone calls, really need to check their attitudes and work on themselves a little. Should be helping patients not making them feel bad for being sick and calling.
So off putting to an otherwise lovely GP.

Over a 2 week wait to even have a phone appointment with a doctor for my 2 year old. Does not feel safe. Have had good experience with one of the GPs when I’ve managed to get an appointment in the past.

I have been attending this surgery for over 20 years and my experience with the receptionists, nurses and particularly my doctor has always been highly professional, efficient and helpful. Hats off to them for not letting their standards drop, even during the extremely hard times of the pandemic.

Nice bunch of people working best they can in challenging circumstances. Cliff my Dr for a decade, off to sunnier climates, good for her..very much missed but Dr Fryer is a excellent, experienced warm hearty Dr.

An excellent team of dedicated and caring doctors (a rarity in London). The reception team and nurses are also very good. They have managed to operate under the intense pressure of this pandemic and still offer great care for their patients. Highly recommend.

I would not even give one star if I didn't have to. This is a surgery I have been at since a very young child as long as I can remember (am now in my 30's) and I have watched it decline in recent years. Doctors lack total empathy and are very clinical in their dealings with patients, the male receptionist has no people skills and is highly rude; he lied twice to me about sending me an email form for Patient Access so I could access my own medical history. Working in a GP surgery he should remain cordial, professional and courteous at all times. Even more worrying is that I had such a traumatic experience at the surgery in January where they broke my GDPR and I believe this is not the only occasion; the doctors discussed me and my health with someone known to me and allowed a personal relationship to cloud their professional judgement which has resulted in me leaving the surgery and now stuck trying to find a GP and at times without the medication I desperately need. This has had a detrimental effect on my emotional and physical wellbeing and I WILL be reporting this to the British Medical Association as my treatment has been utterly abysmal. This surgery should not be allowed any dealings with vulnerable patients or anyone for that matter. I will be backing any petition to get this horrendous place shut down.
