I registered after being deregistered at my old GP, where I could rarely get an appointment. To be blessed to have this friendly, practice without early morning walk in surgery is blessing in every sense.

Great surgery the doctors are all very good and it doesn’t matter who you see. Also a great bonus is that the receptionist and admin staff are friendly and very helpful.

Absolute rude and careless.

My partner had an operation on his lower back in Epsom and when we were discharged we were told to come to this centre to get the wound changed as it needs to be changed on a daily basis. As it was Sunday and everywhere else was closed it was the only place we were told to go.

Once we arrive at 12pm in the afternoon and went to reception to check in and ask for a nurse we were told that we can no longer be seen as the nurse has finished her shift and won’t be able to help (the nurse was still in the Centre and was asked if she could spare a few minutes to help and she turned it down)

My partners wound was bleeding and needed attention and they did not have 5 minutes to spare to help.

I cannot explain the feeling of anger and disappointment I felt when there was help right beside us and they didnt want to give us time.

Just changed back over to this gp after about 9 years. It used to be so difficult to get an appointment as they would just not answer their phones. It seems its got even worse now. I've been trying to get through for three hours as I have a sick baby, without any luck. Even the NHS 111 service couldn't get through to them. Absolutely appalling service.

Can be very good but different info was given about my back problem from the doctor and physio and they tend to be dismissive as though medical problem is not serious. Frightening since it means symptoms have to get worse before they treat it properly.very dismissive doctors. Even one mocked me when I stated I wanted to have a child.

This is a very good GP surgery (doctor's chambers). Recently due to increase of the number of patients walk in appointments fill up very early and waiting time getting longer. Some new receptionists don’t follow the booking procedures properly and not very friendly with the patients while speaking over the phone. Some new doctors and clinical staff added. Dentist and family planning upstairs.
