Goodinge Group Practice

I had such a bad Dr before I moved here which was for more than 30 years of my life. But I have had a great experience so far at Goodinge, I felt heard and seen which was something I have never experienced before. I've have blood work done for deficiencies (which has Never happened in the past) & had my smear here which was done with professionisim and kindness. I've had only positive experiences so far but this is my experience.

The practice used to be properly run. Since management has changed it has become disgraceful. 45 mins waiting time to answer the call in the morning, no more able to book an appointment online because some people book appointment for the nurse in the doctor slot. So the clever Manager has taken the option off. Feels like going back to school. They are working on it, it is more than 6 months. The doctor has forgotten to send Blood form to the hospital, therefore i could not have my blood test. Maybe you should email the form to the patient as well in case this hapoens again...Shame on you..

After waiting 50 mins on the phone there was no appointments left. This was the second day of trying to see a doctor. I had to call 111.
I am disgusted with this service and will be changing to another doctor

Very polite and helpful stuff, good doctors that take the problem seriously and try to help, never had a problem with booking appointments even for the same day :)

Poor practice do not take care of patients needs,unable to give appointments on a regular basis staff rude and unhelpful my child has been serous I’ll for over 4 weeks and still unable to see anyone I am also pregnant and offered one appointment for following day but not able to take due to work comitments and told to take it or we won’t offer you another one

Had an appointment with a doctor I have never met before Lindsay samaan...all I can say is top class, all a person really needs is a doctor who is willing to listen. She listened and we discussed the solutions. She totally made me feel I was understood as a patient... lovely doctor and on a spiritual level such a beautiful human being..thank you..x

Considering the strain on the NHS this really is a fantastic surgery and we are lucky to have them. Thank you for your help Dr Pannetier and everyone who makes up this great team !!!

I don’t even keep trying in here, every time I really needed to see a doctor it was absolutely impossible just to make an appointment.. I had to call 111. Poor service and so disappointing.
