Dr D Davies - The Rushey Green Group Practice

Looks like you going to a prison doctors, the receptionist today 10/02/20 was rude (not to me, i swerved her and went to self check in) , even when she got proven wrong by a patient about a letter to be signed, she wasn't apologetic in the slightest.

My doctor seem very patronising, I'm in a lot of pain, both of my lungs are hurting, and her response was awwww, really, awwwwww well all your results seem to bee ok apart from there showing there is inflammatory in your blood works. Then obviously i have still got infection. Nope those tablets, the ones that where giving you diarrhoea and making you throw up should have cleared everything. If she looked at the back of my throat she would have seen my tonsil where still swollen. and the fact the original doctor told me if i still have phlegm and im still coughing he was gonna escalate it up as it might be the first warning signs of copd

she signed me of till the end of the week even tho i cant breath well, i was out of breath for the entire time i was there i nearly threw up. Then she went on a rant about how she dont want to sign me of because people who get signed of work start to not want to go back to work, im ill, if i am ill should i put myself in a environment that wont help me with my illness?

Go anywhere apart from here. She obviously thought i was trying to trick the system just to get time off.. I am going to make a more formal complaint. And book an appointment with my real doctor.

Messy floors, cramped space, insited I bring my forearm to my knee requiring me to lean forward during a blood test. Very abrupt nurse. Didnt go ahead following that. Another typically poor NHS experience

Useless the admin are a joke dunno how Victoria and rubina afro got that job they need to be sacked im going find a new doctors surgery I've had enough I'm also going to contact my local m.p and also protest for a change or get it shut down

Very annoyed! I called at 2.30 in the afternoon and was told it was ok to come by at 6.30 in the evening to come in to give a sample. Anyways long story short was waiting outside in the corridor with two others who wanted to be seen we rang the buzzer 3 times and got ignored, if it wasn't for the cleaner they would of left us out in the corridor for almost half an hour there was two ladies and a male behind the counter when I walked in and I immediately got told the surgery is closed which didn't make any sense because the surgery says online they're open till 8.00 the lady I spoke to was very polite but the woman who was helping the male receptionist was very rude seriously need to sort it out either update your times online or get new staff !!!!! . If I could rate lower than 1 I would .

Please stay away from this gp ,if u don't want die early. Very very worst services, bad receptionist and not helpful no matter what pain you are going through. Can you imagine ,I have to cry in pain before getting helped. 😢very sad
