Avoid this surgery at all costs! I am severely asthmatic and I recently got covid. In my situation I thought it best to get a telephone appointment with the doctor. Apparently the only appointment I could get was a month later when I would've already recovered. So I asked for some anti biotics and she said they can't give me that till the doctors’ seen me. BUT the doctor won't see me til I'm recovered - where is the logic?? I now have to suffer with no help from my GP at all

I cannot fault the service from this surgery. From the efficient reception staff to seeing a friendly doctor, the service was great. Thank you for your service, I appreciate all your work.

The practice that likes to say ...."no"

1. Couldn't diagnose my sons glue ear.
2. Refuses to conduct blood tests and cardio tests based on a private referral
3. Unable to pass on medical records without being chased, despite receiving communications stating the request is being processed...."oh what request?"
4. They want to charge me £58 to release my medical records. Of course, they didnt contact me with this new information. Following a very helpful call with the patients association, I have been given guidance on this. GDPR means I am entitled to receive and share my medical records for FREE.

I'm sure they're doing great meeting their budgets though.

Beyond a joke, I’d rate 0/5 if I could. Receptionist is forever rude and patronising , and Dr Patel misdiagnosed my daughter not once, but twice.
Spent 2 weeks trying to get an appointment to continuously get fobbed off as ‘call back tomorrow at 8am’ and low and behold, I’m always the person who’s ‘just missed out on all appts that day’.
Daughter had a severe cough (6 months old!) and was told ‘ah it’s just a cold’. 2 days later we’re in A&E and she’s been diagnosed with bronchitis. On that same visit, she had a severe rash on her including her tongue, hands and feet. I instantly said it’s foot and mouth, but was just told ‘nah babies just get rashes sometimes’. Lo and behold, she was diagnosed with hand foot and mouth. I’ve complained about the misdiagnosis and shock; have had no follow up.

Honestly don’t waste your time here. Find a surgery that you’ll get proper care from and actually have receptionists who at least know how to fake a smile.

Pathetic GP service. Since Covid, not been possible to book even a single appointment no matter when do you call. Their nurses are rude and don't give any appointment. However, the same surgery has appointments when you book from private. Clearly a money making business that it has become and the GPs don't care. Perhaps NHS pays them for private appointments!

Avoid at all cost and let this surgery close. It's useless to have a surgery that can NEVER see it's patients! Shut it down plz and open your private clinic!

I registered with the surgery in March 2021 and found the process faultless. I have had to visit the surgery for the first time since registration twice in the last week. I am so impressed by my experience, reception, nurse and doctor (Dr McKeon) were friendly and efficient. I walked away feeling well informed and my needs were 100% fulfilled. I could not recommend this surgery enough based on my recent experience.

Surprised to find so many negative reviews on here, this doctors surgery has been absolutely amazing for me and my family. They caught an issue that could have been missed by other doctors when my baby was 2 weeks old and ended up needing to spend time in hospital on IV antibiotics for a number of days. If it were not for them I dread to think what could have happened.

Throughout the pandemic they have always seen me and my child when needed and paid great attention to care. Literally could not fault them, this is a little gem of a surgery and contrary to what others have said I have always found both doctors build up a relationship with you and treat you like a friend / family member.

Brilliant surgery and care. Receptionists and doctors are always helpful. I needed urgent help the other day and the Receptionist stayed late after what was no doubt an already long day. The doctor also followed up to make sure I was ok the next day. Thank you.
