I have been with this practice of 18 years. The receptionists are superb, they always do whatever they can to help you. Even through COVID you are always able to get a call from a doctor to discuss your health concerns and if necessary a face to face appointment. Repeat prescriptions are dealt with in a timely manner. I’m shortly leaving Redditch and I will be sorry to leave this practice. I hope my next one will be as good.

I have been at this surgery since I was a young girl. The receptionists are always very helpful over the phone, booking appointments, and giving advice when needed.

The doctor and nurses are also always friendly, helpful and make me feel comfortable.

How reassuring is it when a professor at the Queen Elizabeth hospital says your doctor has obviously been looking after you. So big thank you to Dr Syrians and all his team receptionist whare always helpful and nothing too much trouble.

Receptionist are lovely, as is the nurse. But trying to actually get seen, rather than constantly having a telephone appointment is a joke. Dr suryani never listens to how you feel, he just fobs you off so you have to call back when the symptoms are still no better, or are worse. Massive let down to the rest of the staff

Have recently joined the practice I think the receptionist Alinda....sorry if I'm spelling that wrong !! , is amazing such a sweet person and very efficient couldn't be more grateful for her help superstar!!!

Awful service and can never get a face to face appointment at a suitable time.
Feel rushed out and a nuisance at every appointment.
Receptionist rude on the phone and everything is a hassle for them.
Inaccessable and uncaring. Do not recommend.

Do not come here.Dr suryani is the worst doctor I have ever had. He is unprofessional and rude. He never listens and just hung up on me when I wasn't finished speaking. He was disregarding everything I was saying. He just didn't care and he rushes you . I was also telling him about my mental health and he said wth. This man should not be in this profession, especially since all of the bad reviews on here are about him.I am changing GP.

Wow I finally feel like I have found doctors who really care, I have been struggling with health issues now since 2014, and never had answers. Dr Suriyani saw me straight away, ordered me multiple blood tests, a follow up phone call, and arranged a face to face appointment with me, even in this difficult time. He has said he is going to do more blood tests, so to be very thorough. I finally feel like I have met a great doctor who cares to really help me and listen to me. What a lovely man. The nurses are also great, very kind and friendly, really put you at ease. The surgery it’s self is clean and fresh. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. Location wise it’s very convenient with great parking ! Best surgery that I have been to in Redditch.
