Difficult times for all. I've been with the surgery for over ten years. The level of care and compassion is very dependent on who you get in terms of Doctor or receptionist. Some are excellent, caring and listen others are haughty, rude and unhelpful. All the nurses have been exceptional. I email as it's very difficult to get through on the phone. Mixed bag. I've recently had Dr Burns, she is brilliant and a breathe of fresh air in her manner as is Dr Cotter. Georgina the receptionist is really
helpful too. ♥️🙏

Been in much better doctors surgery’s on hernia number 6 and I’ve had 5 lots of surgery for them but still need to do a phone call appointment to get it looked at and then if that wasn’t bad enough we have doctors not reading notes as well made and official complaint and yet nothing was done. Would high recommend going somewhere else is you have medical issues!

Recently joined surgery. Had a major op and received 6 star attention and care.
Visits, call backs and access to doctors was superb.
With a LOT of people bemoaning the services they can get access to I have nil complaints, I am very luck.

Since moving to Haywards Heath in 2019 the doctors and nurses here have been nothing but supportive of my family and I. They have been there through some very difficult times and although there is always a long wait on the phone I use the econsult service and it works so much better for us. I really appreciate everything you do for us. Thank you.

It would be helpful if the reception staff actually ever bothered to answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for an hour, desperately trying to book my son’s vaccinations and although the hold music stops and the phone starts ringing no one is bothering to answer. This has happened three times in the last week except this time I’m not giving up!

Appalling service - surgery will do everything they can to avoid dealing with patients and when they do don’t bother reading notes. Almost impossible to book face to face appointments and medical staff constantly kicking the can down the road resulting in problems dragging on for years or patients giving up altogether.

Everytime I call the practice, I can never get through so I email and they reply saying I have to call them. E-consult doesn't work either. The last thing I am going to try is to go to the practice without an appointment so hopefully in that way I can actually get the help I need!
I have been with the practice for 6 years but I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere because I am not happy with the service.

Doctors, Midwives and Nursing team are all excellent, however the waiting times to get through on the telephone are unacceptably long (30 to 60 minutes). The recorded message is still essentially using Covid as the excuse which, in October 2021, is a disgrace for a core frontline Healthcare provider. If they are unable to answer their telephones due to Covid still, this can only be due to poor Management which needs to be addressed immediately. Poor Service and a let-down to those who fund it.
