I've been a patient at this practice for 25 years and can honestly say the service and care that my family has received from this practice has been nothing short of excellent. The receptionists are lovely, warm and professional. The doctors are brilliant their dedication is faultless. In fact the reason I have stayed in this area is because of this doctors surgery and the care I've received. As I know this is rare and you would not normally receive this level of service. My good health and that of my family is down to the care we have received from this practice.
I don't normally leave reviews But felt I had to after reading some of these poor reviews. I am so shocked at what I read. I thought I had to put the record straight.

The fountain practice website is shocking to use it’s really unclear and confusing. Does not help me with my disabilities with understanding. And when I got a call the doctor was so rude and had no time to listen. The receptionists are rude and throw away your questions like there not important. Very disappointed

Absolute awful customer services. They make it impossible to contact them and therefore complain. I have been trying on and off to book an appointment via the web site but the form just does not work....it could be due to my device and they DO NOT PICK UP the phone. I have tried many times where I was number 1 in the queue...waited for 25 minutes and they never picked up.

Nurse P has been very arrogant and rude. When I asked her, if they have a patient gown or a cloth to cover myself, while taking ECG, she repeatedly said its not a hospital. I said I don’t want to do ECG, if my privacy is being not respected. I further made a soliloquy that ‘this is the difference between private healthcare and NHS’. She instantaneously reacted saying ‘then why don’t you go privately’. I would assume that the healthcare workers are aware that NHS is public funded entity. I have been with this Surgery for 12 years and today would my last visit there.

Wow... I wonder if Fountain Practice actually ready any of their reviews. I can not say anything other than what has already been said! The reception staff are useless! No help whatsoever.

Absolutely love fountain practice . I have been with Dr senhen practice for 23 years and found everyone extremely kind and helpful . One year I moved out of Surrey and realised how bad was new practice was so when I was told I was moving back it was a joy to be able to go back to the same practice. Thank you all for being so kind and professional

Difficult to make an appointment, have to go backwards and forward via online messages with the receptionist before I’m then given an appointment, whenever I’ve requested a face to face appointment I’m instead given a phone appointment and the time is never stipulated, just told to keep my phone on me all day.

Edited: issues with prescriptions sent to random pharmacies and the wrong medication issued. Repeat prescriptions often rejected.

The ladies on reception are all incredibly rude and can't even book in a simple appointment. An appointment last year had me waiting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours after signing in on the screen just to be told the doctor I was booked in with wasn't even working that day and they had a system error. The next appointment had me waiting for over an hour (again after signing in) to be be told they had forgotten to book it in. The apology I was given by one of the receptionists was "well I don't even know if I was working on the day you made the appointment so its not my fault". The doctors on the other hand (if you ever manage to get an appointment) are very helpful and friendly. The surgery is unfortunately very let down by the team working on reception.
