Guru Nanak branch in Hayes has amazing staff,the receptionists are very helpful and do their best to get you seen quick by a doctor. The doctors listen to your help problems especially Dr.Rajak who managed to control my mother arthritis without having to wait to be seen by a specialist.

Staff are helpful docs are nice especially El Sheikh but we can never get an appointment has a huge impact on my health

This is the worst surgery i ever come across…no service,not helpful,doctor always not available,and rude receptionist,acting like doctors,i will surely change my gp asap,im really tired of it…they are not doing their job what they get paid for…really disappointed..i have done my private hire medical through them and its on emergency basis and they delaying it from last 14 days by saying doctor is not here to sign the form…what the hell?

This had been my GP for the last 8 year. Unfortunately I am moving, and this will no longer be my GP.

I have a chronic condition, and they helped me every through every step.

The receiptionist are amazing. They will try to help you with everything they got.

I am only giving 4 start due to some doctors. I felt they could do a better job at explaining the situation, but I understand they can o ly dedicated 10 minutes per patient.

Extremely fraud.
Asks money for even referal letters which is absolutely illegal. I have heard from so many patients that they take advantage of people who dont speak very good english and thug money from them.

I called them for my mother health concerns. They were extremely rude and asked me to look on internet for medicines. And then asked me for money when I wanted to take her privately. Is this what I pay tax for!???!!
They are absolutely fraud and must be shut asap to protect the people of britain. So many lives are ruined because of the doctors in this surgery.

Specially Doctor Singh and his wife are absolutely fraud. Even hillingonn hospital told us that many patience have expressed this GP's fraudlant activities. Why hasn't council or government or nhs done anything about it???

Botwell medical centre is brilliant surgery. Receptionists are so kind and always in patience. Specially Malti is amazing she always very helpful.

I had requested to be seen by a lady doctor but the receptionist kept on booking me with a male doctor, looks like she has no clue about her job or any understanding. Booked for phone consultation with a doctor but instead of solving out the problem, he was in rush to keep the phone down and the only solution he gave me was to think positively. Also, you hardly get any appointments in this GP even though you are pregnan I felt ignored and helpless.

I called gp regarding my pain issues , i wasnot able to get face to face appointment. I got phone call from doctor and when i tell him i am in pain he even didnot ask me about pain scale and without any assesment just said he will prescribed me stronger pain killer. Pain killer isnot the solution , they should ask patient More history and do more investigations. I feel really disappointed, when you are not well you donot get proper care, no empathy. When i tell him i am worried and in severe pain he said what i expect from him? Is this really kind to patient ?
