Booked my second day test kit that arrived one day earlier with good instruction what to do. Return envelope provided and received results the next day, just perfect service as you would wish for. After booking, the reference code emailed 5 min later which was much appreciated. I will be definitely using this company for my future flights.

Book my second day test, still waiting my result after 2 days.
Call them today and they let me know that my results will come on Thursday, so is like more than 72 hours instead of 24-48!
Definitely not buying again from them and definitely not recommending this company to anyone

Rapid order processing and taking your money. Covid test kit delivered on time. Do two day test and send off. No results for six days. This is dreadful. They fail to reply to emails and calls. I will never use again and warn others to avoid. Only asking for a refund got me my results. Scam artists. I doubt they even did the test.

They were happy to sell me two very overpriced sets of day two COVID tests but will only give me my result as they expect my 81 year old husband to register on line to receive his results. I have given them all the details and references they need but they are insisting that someone who does not know how to turn on a computer registers and applies on line. We remain without his result. Bad value for good money.

Truly awful - avoid this company. My covid test kit was delivered on time. I did the day 2 test and sent it off immediately - no results for four days. I called to complain and only got my results when I asked for a refund. Absolutely pointless and total scam. I will never use this company again, and suggest everyone else avoids this company too!

Scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ordered my test kit w/a US address. they told me it needed to be UK address. I sent that. I then had several requests and didn't hear back. Finally asked for a refund and 4 days later they wrote: since your order has a # we cannot refund. please send us your address so we can send. So they haven't shipped and they 'can't' refund. STAY AWAY from these scammers. Awful experience.

Ordered two Day-2 covid tests at Zava. Entire experience was overall positive. However it took more time than expected to get the result back, 3 days from mailing the test, and not the 24-48h claimed.

I have to say the service I received was very good. I sent in my test results by photograph as requested by ZAVA online doctor. And within a little over 3 hours. I had the results confirmed by a doctor. First-class service. Thank you 😊
