Last 27 years, my family and I were patients at North Hyde Practice. We appreciate your efforts and help we received all those years.

When I was pregnant with my last baby I was very sick and asked Dr Tanvir for advice for what to do because I was lost and very sick. She helped me and I have never forgotten the help she gave me and my child. I still can't thank her enough.

Also the staff very friendly and very good.

My parents, who are in their 80s now, were asked to move from their previous surgery because they were out of the borough. They had been there for over 50 years and were so apprehensive with their many ailments, about joining a new surgery. However the move to the North Hyde Practice has been by far the best decision we ever made. The service, care and compassion from all members of staff has been excellent. So swift & efficient. They all go above and beyond every time, from the GP Dr Gauher, in house pharmacist, Radhika, Nurse Rekha, and all the lovely ladies on reception. I can't thank you enough.
As a daughter, you have definitely made my life less stressful & given me peace of mind that my parents are in good hands.

I had a flu jab appointment on 03-10-2022 the Nurse was very rude and unprofessional . Kept me waiting for 25 minutes and after asking by receptionist the nurse came. I do not know her name but It is an Indian lady, instead of saying Hello or admitting that it was her fault that she did not pronounce my name properly she start immediately blaming me that I Called your name but you did not reply an I am not from your country to pronounce it properly. My name is Zakja but she was pronouncing as Jaja.

Practice manager should pay more attention before hiring such unprofessional ,illiterate and rude staff. If they can’t do anything to make it better he/she should resign and find a job what he/she can do better!

However the receptionist are Nice and lovely and there is a Portuguese Nurse ,who does jabs for Baby’s she is very professional and nice.

We've recently moved to this surgery and seen by few of their doctors. All the doctors had been amazing. They have shown care, concern and kindness. The reception staff is also very helpful. I'm glad we chose this surgery. A big thanks to all the team.

Nurse oleveira is a 5 star nurse. Friendly, kind, helpful. Had mine and my daughters vaccination today, the way she comforted my daughter before and after her vaccinations was amazing. Also explains everything so nicely. Also there was a lady on the reception who was very helpful forgot to ask her name🤔

I order some antibiotics for my wife the staff said the doctor will send the medication to my nearest pharmacy and I can collect it around 4pm went to pharmacy around 6pm they said their was no medicine by your name here. Next day call again and I asked why didn’t the doctor send the medicines yesterday as it waste my time. The response was that the doctor didn’t checked the notes. I am not happy with the service as the Medicean can be very important for the person life.

They are extremely busy but when you get an appointment you will get proper care and respect and doctors that utilise all resources to get to the root of your medical needs.

Specifically Mrs. Kaura and Dr. Eliza (i believe i misspelled her name) have been exceptionally helpful and kind.

I feel blessed to be a patient at this practice. It’s clean, the staff are all friendly, and hospitable..Thank you for seeing me at such short notice, it is much appreciated.
