Rude and incompetent man. Did not follow due procedure for a serious mental health referral, which led to my partner suffering a breakdown due to lack of support. Through Islington's crisis support service, we were told there were in fact many resources available and had been for months. Our primary port of call, the GP, had just not given us anything to work with, and even berated my partner for being impatient when she attempted to follow up. DO NOT TRUST WITH IMPORTANT ISSUES.
