Why are all these people working there if they are not driven to help and take care of people? Even if your system to book an appointment the same day is ridiculous, you can’t have rude staff in your front desk dealing with customers.
Terrible, change your system, change your staff.

Not recommended at all ! Don't waste your time joining this GP as you'll regret it. Each time I been given different info by reception, my test result were lost for 4 month , no one was bother to follow up. Been calling them few times to book another appointment and each day I was receiving completely different information. Reception definitely needs big time training. Absolutely kinder garden even adults are working there.

Drove 1 hour to this doctor surgery , along arrival the staff and nurser were verbally abusing a customer, after ebetering I was greeted by a rude woman with a head scarf , the worst welcome and baddest manners at this location

This must be the worst medical center ever,they ask to call in the morning,
They never answer the phone saying it's busy to call later,if you try to call later it will be same .
They clearly show you the lack of involvement basically they don't care at all

Such a shame
They don't deserve even 1 Star

No one answers and if you do get an appointment you have to wait 5 weeks

I wish I could give 0 star but that isn’t possible. The worst gp I ever seen. The receptionist are rude and will keep you in the line for an hour even if they not speaking to other patients. I have been waiting 16 days for my appointment and eventually when the day arrived they canceled it and told be the doctor has been sick, Understandable. Are their no other doctors or nurses? Was the question and they don’t have answer to it. I asked for new appointment expecting it to the next day which is Friday and the receptionist went no we ain’t got no space. Space what are you talking about you guys canceled my appointment. We got space only on Tuesday not even Monday and I have been waiting for 16 days for the appointment they canceled, unbelievable.

Worst gp joke staff who take hours to answer the doctors act like they know it all when they just google symptoms avoid this place as its a shame they cant even talk just want you of the phone and out have to wait weeks under a month to just get results or a call back when your ill now not in a month since kukar passed its gone downhill and should be shut down as they are killing people with waiting times. Avoid avoid avoid

As others have said it is terrible, unorganized. The receptionist are frankly rude and getting a appointment is like pulling blood out of a stone

2021 update, nothing has changed. Booking an appointment, there's never one available on the day so you are told to call tomorrow morning. When yourself and a thousand other people all call at the same time the lines get clogged and you cannot get through to anyone. When you finally do they say there's no appointments that day can you call tomorrow, rinse and repeat. This is surely no way to run a medical practice. Absolute shambles of an organisation. NHS and H&F council know that how badly they are run and have still done nothing!
