Obliged to give one star to write the review but they deserve none. Doctors are great and deserve a much higher review but they are completely let down by the incompetency of the admin staff. A disability has been left completely mismanaged this entire year due to referral letters going missing for up to 4 months. Forced to switch surgeries. Don't bother registering here.

The staff are so unprofessional and incompetent, had to call them numerous times asking for prescription. Every time we called they said it will be done and then the next day when I called again, they said they didn’t do it. Delaying an important surgery which needs to be done urgently. They always have an excuse for everything, they do not care about the patients!
Lack of professionalism, the staff are always chatting whenever you go into the surgery, not taking their job seriously. They need to change their whole team and need review their staff. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and lack of professionalism, unable to carry at their roles and responsibilities as professionals within this surgery. They need to go under review and drastic changes need to be made. I would not recommend this surgery at all to anyone.
