The Green House Surgery

Whenever I try book an appointment with them first they take too long to answer the phone and when they answer the phone then they ask me to book online. Such rude staff.

After making me wait an hour and 20 mins on the phone, a lady picks up, says hello and hangs up within a second. The stress and anger these people can cause. This green house surgery and the white house surgery both should be closed down. Waste of tax payers money. They were terrible already but now with the online booking system it has gotten so bad there is no point to even bother. Best stay home and die or die on your way to A&e. They should all be sacked. Useless rude staff who are paid to sit behind a desk and not do their job. This whole online booking should be scrapped off. Its not working but only giving them more escuse to be lazy.

They do they’re best to help you, staff and doctors very nice and empathetic, you might not always get the appointment but be sure they’re very helpful

Worst surgery ever. I wish i could give 0 star. The worst service you can ever get. I stood on phone call queue for 1 hour 27 minutes and they called me back and rang me for 4 seconds. By the time i pick up the call. They disconnected. Seriously, this surgery is absolute joke

Doctors were great but the waiting times to get appointment is just imaginable. I called up today at 1730 to book a blood test but been on hold now for 1 hour and 30mins and still I am caller #1 in the queue from caller # 4 at 1730.

I'm not a regular patient, I hardly visit them, you cant get an appointment at all, phone lines are always busy, waited more than an hour to get through to them, once when you do they'll tell you to book online which doesn't work. The service is awful.
I agree one of the comments on the review that this place should be shut down.

Why is it that you wait on the phone for over an hour for them to pick up for them to then tell you to complete an e consult form which can be done at 7.30am but doesnt work and this is the fourth day?!?! Surely this isnt sustainable and will lead to further problems to peoples health?
