Very unprofessional service, staff not helpful.
The worst possible experience with repeating prescription/getting meds. I am a live in carer for an elderly lady in Ashford. For last few weeks every single time I needed meds for my client something gone wrong. Or prescriptions were not ready after nearly one week! Or prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy so I have to come back next day to collect medicines. Last week I call this GP again to repeat a few medicines for my client. The lady who picked up the phone didn't want to get my order, she asked if I got a fax.I said that I haven't. She advised me to call pharmacy so they can order all for me as long as it's from list of client's medications. Called pharmacy and asked for sending fax with order for me. Two days later went to pharmacy ... and it turned out prescription for 2 out of 4 meds was not electronically sent there. The lady in pharmacy said that those 2 meds have to be always revised. Although they have been repeated before, GP will ignore what's on fax, and I have to go/call them back again! It's Saturday, have to wait until Monday as GP closed.

Book appointment 2 weeks ago get there .After 25 minutes over my appointment time told will be another 30 minutes what a joke

Next to useless. Can’t get an appointment in less than 3 weeks

Worst doctors around and receptionist staff are highly rude to patients!!

The phone does not answer, when you go to the surgery, they inform you that there is a full book, and you are transferred to walk in centre or to book online.You check the website and there is no online booking possible!

Good service, no problem getting appointments and handy car parking for visitors.
