Lovely team of doctors and nurses. Well run and thoughtful reception team. Always had an appointment the same or next day when important and available when booking in advance.

Just been to the flu clinic. Extremely well run and organised. In and out in 2 minutes flat. Excellent team.

Am leaving Benson and I feel sad to be leaving this GP. Receptionists have always been courteous and helpful and I have never struggled getting an appointment.

One thing I've noticed about this place - which is rare in other surgeries, and big city centre urban surgeries in particular: the receptionists actually speak to you like you are a fellow adult and don't have the slightest bit of an obtuse or obnoxious manner.
