If I could rate them zero stars I would. Shockingly inefficient. No one seems to know what’s going on. Extremely rude and disorganised receptionists. Random medical staff - you never see the same one twice. I’ve resorted to seeing a private GP now.

If I could I would have given 0 stars, the worse practice ever. All of the staff here are so rude and so unhelpful.
I am really disappointed by the way my partner and I have been treated when we actually struggled with our health.
Until I was with the practice, I could have never imagine that doctors can treat people so badly. I refer here strictly to Dr Sharma and Dr Verma, if they can be called doctors.

The doctors and nurses are super it's getting to them that's the problem. Covid I appreciate they are busy but the awful website appointment booking system is detrimental to your health for a start!

I presume there's no staff left..
They are great at replying on the enquiries email section of the website always telling you you to make an appointment at 7:30 the next day. Then when you go there are there are no appointments left. I tried for several days and got sicker and sicker so ended calling 111 who gave me a same day telephone appt ...
I don't want to call111 or visit A&E like others do.
I want to book a go appt with ease.

If you try to contact them on the website in the afternoon/evening it is switched off which is not very helpful to patients who work.

I don’t hate this practice that word isnot the right one to use. it’s the reception staff “I want to know what’s wrong with you otherwise we can’t put you through” what happened to patient confidentiality??they put themselves above the doctors. Even the doctors apologise for the way the reception staff treat you. This used to be a really good surgery six years ago and the doctors when you get to see them are very very good , if you can get past the reception staff. Once when I was seeing Dr Verma I called the practice and sat there watching while 3 reception staff were talking and my phone rang for 25 minutes ,”nobody answered it “& even when walked in to my appointment and showed Dr Verma ,he apologised saying I’m sorry I’m not responsible for the front reception staff. Shame on them, well most of them. I wonder if Lorraine Knap will reply to this message as she never bothered to call me about my last two complaints “one of which where a doctor went home and I was left in the surgery still waiting to see her but she’d left??got no reply. The care and responsiveness from receptionists, pharmacists and doctors at the Practice in addressing our elderly parents complex needs has been much appreciated, especially when GP practices are under ridiculous pressures. Many thanks

I've had a great experience with the drs, phlebotomist and reception staff over the last few visits! Always very helpful and friendly, the online system works much better than the calling system we had pre covid.

If you are thinking of joining a doctor surgery, AVOID this one!
No one seems to really care for the patients.
After waiting on hold for over half an hour (but when you go into the surgery its like there having a mothers meeting) its extremely rare to get through to a receptionist that's polite - appalling customer service.
Want you to book an appointment first thing in the morning but never have any availability have to try the following day again no appointments.
Most prescriptions prescribed are trial and error. You are the surgery's guinea pig. They will prescribe you something which will highlight not to take when you have a certain condition.
You fill in forms which they request you to do but then they don't acknowledge the information you have provided on the form.
Tried to resolve my differences by trying to contact management, left my contact details with reception, sent a number of emails, gone into the surgery. Yet here I am now writing this review.

Takes over a hour to answer the phone. By the time u get a gp to ring the reponce is what do u want me to do ! Never known this surgery to be so bad but it's getting worse the receptionist people are rude and blunt apart form the lady that's been there years trying to get her on the phone is hard .wouldent recommend this surgery at all. Since Dr Khan left its a shambles all these new so called doctors who don't care and don't want to know
