Lovely people running a personable and efficient practice. Much like any health service in the UK, it’s not always easy to get an appointment - but the quality of service and the professionalism of their staff is second to none.

Can never get an appointment. Receptionists are rude and incompetent, have even handed over my grandmas medical records to me without checking who i am. I had two smear tests cancelled. I'm horrified to see they are still accepting new patients when they cant deal with the 5000+ they already have.

Still the best practice I ever used, doctors are very attentive and call back, and even check up on you. Honestly couldnt fault them.

Best practice I have used, always very polite and helpful on the phone and always able to get in to see the doctor when you need to. The doctors themselves are absolutely lovely and really do anything they can to help. I called for a smear test and was told I had over a 3 month wait, I was told to call back that afternoon once they had spoken with their manager. Sure enough when I called back they had found me an appointment. Have been referred to few specialists through them too!

So this practice is absolutely out of practice. The receptionists are extremely rude it’s almost 2 weeks I’m trying to get them to approve my mum is prescription their phone comes busy we walked to the door they don’t listen they shut the door in my mum’s face and they have been rude they ask her to leave a note we left the note it’s been 4 days haven’t heard anything from them. My mother She’s asthmatic and she will have to have her inhalers she’s almost out of inhalers they are not replying us.
I think after Dr Bowery and his wife this practice is not the same anymore. Someone needs to sort this out I will definitely change my mother’s GP soon can’t stay with them anymore.

Extremely bad receptionist service. Very rude, making lots of mistakes with booking appointments then when asked to sort them out, shouting or hanging up the phone! Very rude women in reception, very incompetent. She told me my appointment with Dr is on 2nd June so I wrote it down and wqs waiting 3 weeks to talk to doctor, but doctor called 1st June, day before then expected, I missed the call and lost my chance to talk to doctor. When I called to the reception to sort this out she was Extremely rude, didn't apologise, didn't help me and hanged up. Which means I lost my appointment and need to call again to book new one and again wait few weeks for the Dr to call me! Just because she made mistake and didn't inform me properly about correct date of appointment! She seems act like a God, ruining people's appointments, treating them with no respect at all! It's almost miracle to be able to reach her on the phone and once it happens she is very rude and impolite. No one does anything about it, her behaviour is not acceptable and she should not work as a receptionist!!! How is it possible she is still doing her job after so many complains?! What is the standard of this practice to let such a arrogant receptionist working there?! Why should people suffer and bear her constant rudeness?! Can someone rise this subject to the manager of this practice?! Horrible, mannerles receptionist!

I cannot begin to express how frustrating its become trying to reach someone to talk to. Some days I've called 20/30 times and after a long prerecorded message, I'm not they're busy and the call automatically disconnects. They cannot even sort out simple requests of changing pharmacy and the medication ends up in a different place. Giving 1 star is too much for this place. Disgusted and disappointed.

Left on the phone to endure a horrendously long prerecorded message before getting through to a queue with up to at least half hour waiting.

never answers the telephone and takes amost one and half hour to answer poor customer service
