Good Dr Surgery

Had a blood test 3 weeks ago, then rang back a week later to get the results but after trying for 3 days I finally got through to find out the doctor has not even looked at it. This week I have been trying to call back but been unsuccessful in getting through to them. Currently on day 3. I think this awful for a doctors surgery to operate.

We are happy with the doctors. At the surgery and the nurses. They are very helpful.

Never answer the phones. Dr doesn't pass on hospital results

Absolutely awful never answer!

Just had phone consultation on the phone ,which is bad enough to have to have ,then to have the doctor put the phone down dead ,no manners ,also waited 7 weeks for repeat perscription

Shame surgery is closing, family go here and can't say nicer things about the place and staff. I am new here and not had any issues, this is my 2nd surgery now as other one I went to in bilborough also closed down. Not sure what is happening now days but closing these places is worst thing what could be happening.

Worst doctors I've ever been to don't answer the phone ignorant and get no help when needing help terrible service
