Terrible service. 4 weeks ago I had a blood test done. phoned 3 days later to get result and could only get an appointment 4 weeks later. Today came, went to the surgery only to be told that it's not a physical appointment but a phone call one sometime on or after the time arranged (in the next 5 hours or so). extremely un-pleased about my treatment.
