Absolutely awful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I don't think I've had a single good experience with this place. Between having to wait ages for prescriptions to be given to me, and being sent back and forth between the chemist and reception like a headless chicken trying to find where they had sent it because apparently neither had it. And today, where I called for a phone appointment so that I could have a new batch of meds because my others ran out, to be told to do it online (which I said to the receptionist wouldn't work as the doctor needed to approve it) by a rude receptionist. Hours went by and I had no reply to my email, so I phoned and they told me I'd have to wait until tomorrow because the doctor would need to approve it. This would have been avoided if the receptionist just listened to me and gave me a phone appointment. STUDENTS BEWARE. It may be close and convenient, but it's definitely not worth the absolute nightmare they put you through any time you have to interact with them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Absolutely worthless surgery. "We don't want to diagnose you with that, you're too young." Even though all the symptoms are there. Useless. If they were the last doctors surgery in the UK I'd go abroad to get treatment. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I've been with this GP for years and never had an issue. Reception was always helpful. The use of their e consultation service helps as well.

Terrible service and I will name and shame, DR Van son was who I spoke with, rude blunt and inconsiderate does the bare minimum and if he can avoid helping he will. This place needs closing down, would get treated better on the street! Stay away!

I'm a first year student at aber uni and had severe back pain, I'm registered with a doctors surgery 30 minutes away but couldn't drive because of the pain. When I got there the receptionist questioned why I was there if I was registered somewhere else and told me in a very rude way, "well it's abit useless you standing here crying because I'm not going to help you" if you are a student, avoid this place. Rude staff who don't care and would rather talk to their friends than help a person in extreme pain

One of the worst and most unprofessional GP's i've seen or heard about. Zero consideration or care about the patients or their worries and the absolute worst excuses of a diagnosis that even an infant child could be better at. Makes me genuinely question if anyone there is an actual professional.

After a week of ringing with no answer, finally got through and put in a hold queue. When eventually heard, receptionist told me the doctor would ring between 1-5pm. No call came. Lost an entire uni day due to not wanting to miss the call. I'd say I can't recommend- but there's limited choice of surgery
