St Thomas Surgery

Received call this lunchtime asking if I had booked flu vaccine, advised yes, booked into West Cross Surgery tomorrow afternoon. Was asked would I like to have vaccine administered today at St. Thomas Surgery, they would cancel West Cross appointment.
Advised yes and time agreed which just gave me enough time to get there. Arrived was seen to within minutes, job done and dusted. Well done St Thomas surgery, fast and safe.
Brilliant service and staff (as always).

First class service , friendly staff from reception through to nursing staff, doctors and the ultra efficient chemist next door. Couldn’t wish for better, easy to contact and proactive in terms of arranging consultations and appointments and sorting any other needs. Great service keep it up folks!!

Really good friendly service and helpful doctors doing a good job looking after people they are very considerate and professional. Receptionist is very polite a good surgery.

Efficient GP with competent and professional staff. Admin queries are no problem. The nurse who gave me my travel vaccinations was wonderful with lots of care and attention toward my vaccine history and requirements for future destinations. She was also a pleasure to talk to about her own travels and is very good at giving painless injections.

Never able to help when needed. You can't get in touch with them by phone even if you call from opening hours

Everyone complains about their doctors but nobody praises them. Had a couple of worries about my new born and I’m always seen same day no problems. Very efficient. If the rest of the country was run like st thomas surgery there would be no healthcare crisis.

Incredibly good reception staff, trustworthy doctors know their work full of professionalism. I rate on 5 stars because I am very pleasantly surprised
