The Dog Lounge

Called a couple of weeks ago to Book a grooming treatment for my Italian rescue dog. Once I mentioned the dog wasn't spayed and it was her first grooming ever (she is 3 yo), the receptionist told me they wouldn't allow me to book as she might be dangerous.
Well I brought her to The groom room at pets at home in Camden and the girls said my dog was absolutely brilliant and very calm the whole time. Way to learn!

The only licensed doggy daycare in the area. Dogs are treated with love, kindness and care at all times.
The shop is cleaned many times daily using defra approved products.
License obligations are regarded with the upmost respect and unscheduled checks are regularly carried out by the City of London Animal Welfare authority and Barnet Council.
This is a business of quality and integrity.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dog groomers. The woman who owns the shop is rude and treats the animals in her care terribly. The shop is so dirty and the staff training really poor. I will not be going back again.

Friendly and helpful.... and love dogs.

I don't think a 5 star review from the owner really counts! I've heard awful reports of this lady and wouldn't trust her with my dog in a million years. Anyone that changes business name to avoid being prosecuted for animal cruelty shouldn't be allowed near animals in my opinion!

RIP Fluffy

"Samantha Michaels looked after our Bichon one weekend. She Mickey muzzled our dog and caused her to over heat, she died as a result. We never received as much as an apology. I can only urge any dog owner not to leave your dog with this company. Fluffy was a rescue dog and only two years at the time, my daughters still cry about her loss almost 2 years on."
