Hello we came to your park for the first time and it was fantastic. My puppy (Mr Dre) absolutely loved it ,,, it was the very first time he's been off the lead and mixing with other dogs , we were a bit apprehensive at first but the 2 staff there Steph and another guy (sorry didn't get his name) were very helpful and reassuring.
We were both delighted that he enjoyed himself and when we got home he didn't move for hours lol. It was just brilliant.will be going every Saturday from now on
Thanks to the staff.

If your looking for somewhere to go with your beautiful dog/s then why not visit Action Petz Cardiff they have a an amazing play park and center in different locations and a full agility course for your adorable fur babies and Evan a a place to sit down and have a coffee inside. We started taking ours and they are loving it , they love the freedom and meeeting other dogs as well as having fun. They hold events on Sunday and just opened up a winter warmer sessions 2 days during the week. Daisy and poppy are currently booked on the halloween event 30th October it £10 to register online then £7.50 per dog but if I’m same household and together it only £3.50 for other dog. No more worries about the rain as they have inside and outdoor area. One very happy customer and dog owner

From the staff to the facilities, this place is absolutely great. My dog has the best time here socialising with other dogs and the staff (who always remember her name and are well trained). They run daycare and also great events tailored to specific breeds and seasonal holidays, really recommended!

Brought Daisy to the Cardiff site for the first time today, what a fantastic morning we had! The staff were so friendly, showed us around and made such a fuss of her. She hasn’t had much socialisation with other dogs but I was so shocked at how well she took to the centre, made plenty of friends 🐶. They have a lovely cafe area where she tried her first puppacino and she loved it! They have plenty of events on, regardless of breed or size there’s always something on for them! We’ll definitely be back 🥰

I've attended twice so far...all positive up until today. There was another dog growling at my dog...so my dog was growling back. But my dog was the only one that was constantly told off by staff, pulled back by staff. I must stress he is not an aggressive dog at all. I was really upset as he is a rescue dog and I've worked really hard at building up his trust with people and other dogs. So to have workers constantly shouting at him and grabbing him....undoing all the good work I've done with him...it was so upsetting.

Even when I took my dog away from the situation, the other dog kept running up to my dog (but this dog was not stopped or told off or held back). With all the work I've put into building him up I left the centre really upset that he was constantly being shouted at...and it felt like he was being singled out. I did sign up for membership previously but won't be returning now as today was a very unpleasant experience. I am unsure why he was singled out over the other dog who was doing exactly the same thing, but can't help feeling its because he's a staffy.

Attended today for a northern breed event. Safe to say they enjoyed every minute and now are sleeping for Britain.
The guys working today had a great understanding of the dogs and served as great bouncers at times. All the dogs seemed to love them too.
Definetly worth a visit with your four legged friends.
