Shark Club London Gatwick

Came in for a late night dinner. Place was not at all busy, at most 10-20% chairs filled. When the appetizer came, we didn’t have any utensils and napkins. Then utensils came after we asked for it, but no napkins. We ordered drinks but nothing came. I had to get up and get our glasses of water from the bar. Then we had to remind the waitress about our missing drinks. Then the drinks came and then the main course. The food was just ok.

The people working at this restaurant seem very nice. However, the service was terrible and the quality of the food isn’t all that great. Almost 60£ for three people.

Dreadful service. Truly awful, 2 hour wait for two courses. Food was okay, but well overpriced for what it was. Our theory is that the chef is drunk and the waiters are hungover.

My wife and I ordered tea for 2 and fish and chips each, the service was very good, but my god the chips were pathetically thin splinters of potatoes, to call them chips was stretching it a bit... the fish was nice but what a measley sized cod it was, if that what it was? We managed to get 3/4 of a cup of tea each out of the ridiculously small pot, to add insult to injury the whole meal set me back nearly £35 ! This will be the last time we use this restaurant if we stay in this hotel.

We went for a Friday dinner and I need to say that the service is amazing and food blow my mind.
The general manager is so profecional and make us feel very welcome. The staff are assets to the team.
I will be back without a doubt and I recomend to anyone that want to dine in a really nice environment.

This was our first visit to Shark Club - the staff were welcoming and friendly. The bar was organised well for social distancing making us feel safe. Although the food choice was limited due to Covid, the food was tasty and hot, very nice. The service was ok, the drinks service was alittle slow at times but overall we had a good experience - our visit was enjoyable, there was a nice atmosphere, we will return and I would recommend this to friends and family.

Great wings, atmosphere and very convenient if you’re staying in the hotel. I thought the food would be to great before having it on the last night of our trip. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food and service was. I will be eating here again on our next stay.

Below average both food and TV signal. Staff good at finding excuses not solutions. Don’t come here!

Terrible place..hotel is great, staff are great but this shark club is absolutely diabolical. OK if you want to eat meat meat meat. No veggie, fish or gf options so we had to go to wagamamas in Crawley to eat!
