Krispy Kreme Harrow

I love krispy kreme, fresh doughnuts anytime of the day, different flavours and tastes, and add to that the service they provide, there's that lovely girl, Hanna, is exceptionally kind and welcoming, actually all of the staff there are nice, well done guys. It's so nice to see a smile on the face when you visit a store or shop.

Krispy Kreme vegan donuts are delicious. My favourite is fudge brownie bliss for £2.75 . I also like the vegan choc custard and I need to try vegan glazed donut. Definitely check them out and lose yourself in the deliciousness!

Not only is the service great over there, but also through delivery. It is quick and efficient and every staff member I have encountered have great customer service. The doughnuts are a bit expensive for only small numbers so I’d only say to get it for a big occasion.

This small stall never disappoints, the staff always greets with a smile and a 'how are you doing', a shout-out to Savannah whose always been really kind! I love every single donut flavor and the prices are reasonable.

I am very dissapointed!
I bought 3 doughnuts for my little princess(2 raspberry jam with glazing and 1plane ring).
She just loves them with jam. The guy selling them was polite, and was happy until I got home.
My little princess was so excited. Unfortunately her excitement gone, and her smile frozen as soonest as she could not find the jam in her favourite doughnut. So we have cut the 2nd doughnuts hopping the jam jam will be there. Nothing! So upsetting! I added jam my fridge to save the situation. Once returned to Harrow 1 week later we got this response from a lady selling. I do not work for the company I am only selling them. And u bought them last week
So rude! I leave in Wembley and do not go to Harrow that often. I would not visite crispy krem doughnuts there any more. Just simple I am sorry for for your experience would be enough.

The service was 5 star. The girl who did my eyebrow was so sweet and caring. Thank you .
