Crosstown Cannon Street - Doughnuts, Ice Cream, Cookies, Chocolate, & Coffee

Probably one of the best donut shop I’ve ever been, they have plenty of different flavours.
They also sell, drinks, coffee ☕️,chocolate 🍫, Ice cream 🍨 and Cookies 🍪.
The price is almost 4£ for each Donut 🍩 but worth if you looking for quality more than quantity.
Near Bank Station.
And there’s 2 lovely ladies who will help you with any question you have.

Great experience. This has become my regular coffee and donut spot on my way into the center. Athena, Sabine, Rose and Blaze are always super friendly and that definitely helps out my day. The only miss that I had was that the Viet Cafe donut was sold out! Bring back more coffee flavours I loved that one. ☕ Or maybe even a milk tea flavor! 🧋

Amazing girls working at the Cannon Street branch. Blaze, Athena, Rose and Sabine always give great customer service. Girls always make good coffee and they always remember my favourite doughnut. It's a really special feeling and these girls address me by name. Thank you for the amazing services to me!

Heard lots about Crosstown donuts, so had to try l, and it certainly did not disappoint. This store in particular is my fave to as I go there regularly now. Athena and Sabine always have great energy, and are very friendly. They encourage me to try new flavors every time I go there. What’s more is they have amazing vegan options that don’t feel like an afterthought!!!

Athena and Khadizah were absolute champs! They went above and beyond with their services. Really knowledgeable about their products and answered all of my questions. Good coffee 👍

Great doughnuts but the customer service given by the lady on the till was less than impressive.

When entering the shop it felt like I was more of a disturbance than a customer. She went on to clear up boxed on the back shelf without even saying hello to me as a customer and being the only person in there and it being very small that is basic customer service skills. When I asked about mini doughnuts which were sold out there was no smile, pleasantries or come back tomorrow, she just said sold out then continued to tidy up behind the counter. Thank god for the sweet treats making up for the poor customer service.

Perfect coffee, delicious doughnuts and the best service in the City. The staff are universally brilliant but a special shout-out to Athena and Khadizah who are the high water mark of excellent customer service.
