New shop refit looks much better and less cluttered.

Great store,kids love watching the doughnuts go round the machinery behind the safety glass. Try the new vegan doughnuts! As someone who is dairy intolerant these make me very happy. Staff are always friendly and happy to talk.

Although I should avoid sugar.. Lol this place is amazing. You can actually watch them make the donuts fresh. They have side windows which looks into the kitchen.

We asked for a freshly glazed donut that came off the conveyor belt, but we were told no. There were hundreds of donuts being packed. Then we were told they would be cold anyway. So they gave us donuts that lacked taste, flavour and the texture was rather stale. We should've gone to the shop next door where I would be guaranteed with a better service and product. This is very poor for a " big name". I found it extremely overrated. Never again.

Best Krispy Kremes in the area. Lovely fresh doughnuts and nice coffee to go along with it. Good staff as well. Looking forward to visit again. The donuts can also be seen as they are freshly made in store.

Kripsy Kremes should be fresh every time. I always get given stale doughnuts, which when paying £25 is NOT good enough. Great way to loose business. Do BETTER

About to purchase a pack of Krispy Kremes and saw through the window how they are prepared. Was shocked that staff handle the donuts with bare hands! I don’t think this is hygienic and put us off straight away. Please provide your staff with gloves!

It's OK but I won't be going back. The staff are friendly and polite, the selection to choose from was very poor! Given that it's an actual shop there should definitely be more to choose from. I get more choice Krispy Kreme fridges in tesco. The doughnuts themselves was OK aside from the fact that one looked like it had a fingernail mark in it.
