Excellent service from resate. Went to the Canary Wharf branch to get a doughnut with a coffee and he offered me the sharer box I couldn’t say no as I love them! everyone and work loved it to! Thank you for being polite and helpful :)

Bloody pointless opening, no receipts, computer down. The shop could not take credit card but no sign, to state this and this had been going on for 30 minutes plus. And finally the staff member used her blinking teeth to open the change bag and fill the till. Poor, a very poor showing way for this company, much better service at London Bridge or go Tescos to get treated better. And as for the hygenie well read the reviews. I came on the 20/07/2019 and still 3 months later bad hygenie report from another client. Improve and do signs if machine is down this is way to make the shop less stressful and clean. Go to any shop in Spitafields or any other shop in the area and the hygiene is a lot better and service. One to avoid, my advice go to Tesco and collect from there.. Just outside the station. Poor ethics, service and Hygiene.

Friendly guys behind the counter. They keep it clean and tidy. Donuts always good.

Today, I have purchased double dozens from krispy kreme.
The guy who served me called Parvej. He politely describe me about the promotion and boxing up my doughnuts very professional and good customer service. He was very well manner, quick and on top thank you.

Amazing Service from a young gentleman name Safwan, I visit the store once twice a week and his always there smiling and showing warm welcoming to his surroundings and so friendly and polite this krispy Kreme store is the best in UK happy to be a regular customer 🙏🏻

Nice company, they keep the wages down so that you (maybe a city of london banker or corporate paid ~80k per year) pay a good price for your donut. Note that this is what an event manager gets paid on new years eve. But thats ok, you need that donut cheap so that you have more money to waste a luxury champaign when it turns flat.

Great customer service, very polite and helpful. Got to know one of the workers called safwan  really nice guy and would definitely come again for more!!
