Met this company at Grand Designs, fabulous stand, their ‘showroom’ is a huge disappointment. Waste of petrol to see a few windows when it’s not a showroom after all.

Just save yourself a hassle. Asking a fortune for a small porch, giving as reason " we work with the best materials". Their teams don't "speak" with each other as one is harrasing you to buy or make an appointment and then another will call to say is nothing they can offer. AVOID!

We booked appointment he said to come 3pm we waited but they are not come.no phone call . Next day they no phone call or no reply back any massage . Pur service and they west my day off.

Avoid this company at all costs.
Very pushy salesman came out ,very next day we cancelled order. 3 weeks later we are still waiting on our 25 % deposit being returned. We have effectively given Anglian an interest free loan. Their support staff promise to look into processing refund but nothing happens. Total disgrace.

Literally the worst aftercare I have ever experienced. Have numerous things that need rectifying, emailed customer care 3 or 4 times each time they "have an engineer booked in" on so and so date and then no show every single time. Spent 1000s on this company and regret not going to a different one to get the work done as each thing has a problem with it. Take your money and run company.

Got a video call quote, he was late, rude and ridiculously over priced. Over £9000 for a standard front door, i dont think so. Then all of a suddon you can drop it to £4000? Then pushing me to accept the quote there and then, "can you let me know now, what about tomorrow?".

Really bad attitude from staff constant phone calls won't leave me alone after asking them to stop calling me eventually I gave in and said a fine I'll take a sales call from them. Sales call consisted of salesperson being rude and condescending by asking me why would you book in a quote with us if you're looking for a budget door I explain the reason I've booked in a quote with them is because they wouldn't stop ringing me and bullying me into a quote and now the salesperson is telling me should I get a quote from them ridiculous. Won't ever ask this company for a quote again absolutely disgusting behaviour don't use this company.

Ordered windows 3 MONTHS BEFORE and still haven't came. Said they'd be 2 weeks , 2 weeks ago
And are still saying they need more time. Horrible service and has ruined our family's whole holiday WOULDN'T RECCOMED IF YOU WANT FAST INSTALLATION WITH GOOD SERVICE
