CDM Conservatories Windows and Doors Ltd

After researching window and door companies in the area we decided to order 2 'Rock' Doors from CDM for the front and back of our house. These doors are not the cheapest on the market but the quality and security is very very good and the fitting by CDM was first class and very tidy. As we were very happy with the doors which were fit before Xmas 2015, in March 16 we later ordered 7 replacement windows in matching Anthracite Grey outside/white inside colour from CDM and again the ordering process was professional and installation quality was excellent and these look great. CDM don't appear to do the 'fake' discount or high pressure sales that you get with some window and door suppliers. CDM were very professional and communicative throughout and I would recommend them.

In December 2018 and January 2019 CDM fitted 13 new windows and 2 new doors, one of which was a Rock Door. CDM were great to deal with and we are so pleased with the workmanship, the fitting and the price. We hesitated buying the Rock door as there were some bad reviews on the Internet but CDM assured us that we were buying it from them and if we had any problems at all, they would deal with it. So far everything is fine.

Brilliant service, great price!

We have had all of our windows and doors installed by CDM over a seven year period.

We wanted a company that was honest and reasonably priced. Not the type of company that tell you an inflated price and then see if they can get it cheaper for you!

They were professional through and through. Adam the sales rep was brilliant. He listened to what we wanted and gave us informative suggestions on what would work. He would work with us to keep us in within budget. At no time did we ever feel pressured nor did he try to upsell us something. Amazing guy!

Also I'd like to mention Steve, the window fitter. I think he must be a wizard! How he managed to remove our large old wooden bay window, install a new bay window by himself in one day with virtually zero damage inside or out is beyond me! That guy is definitely using the force!

All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending this company!

I can't speak highly enough of CDM!

CDM recently played a big part in extensive work at our home replacing windows throughout including uPVC sash windows and two arched windows, creating a bespoke structure to replace the old porch / bay window, and constructing a new orangery to the rear of the house with the most dreadful access imaginable. We are delighted with the finished result.

As the work progressed we found that none of the usual tradespeople stereotypes could be applied to CDM. They arrived everyday as expected or earlier and didn't leave until the days work was done. Their installation people were nice people to have around and genuinely keen to accommodate any queries or requests we had, and importantly, they snagged the job as they went along so we didn't have to, identifying any concerns before they became problems and pointing them out to us along with a solution.

We thank CDM for their diligence, Adam for his help during the sales process, Donald and Steve for their every effort in the construction, and Andrew for overseeing the whole project and being on site almost every day to to quality check the work.

CDM as a company and a group of people have a great attitude to their work, they have gone the extra mile and a half for us and the result is stunning; we recommend them wholeheartedly.

After having quite a long wait for my new door (problems with supplies) it was fitted last week. Fitter arrived on time and fitted the door efficiently. He tidied up after himself. I was very pleased with the result.

CDM Waterfoot fitted my new windows and doors. High quality products. Great service. Especially from Adam in sales (no hard sell, great ideas) & Steve the installer, high standard of work. No hesitation in recommending CDM to others.

After sales care is non existent...I bought Windows and a composite door approx 4yrs ago. The door white on the inside, green on the outside. Within a few weeks the green paint was coming off. I spent over a year corresponding with them , nothing was done about it. I eventually gave up. Some of the sealant has since starting coming off which I have not told them about...what's the point.
