Astral Security Windows: Double Glazing Surrey

Astral replaced all our windows and doors, a large job with 10 windows, front door and 3 large multi fold and slide doors. They were exceptionally professional, from first visit through to final sign off. The quotes were honoured. The product first class. The fitters efficient, skilled and very tidy. When I rang up last year asking for a quote for a porch, I said I didn't want any hard sell, just a price. True to their word that's exactly what I got. The porch took one day to install and I am very happy with it. There were some minor niggles and all were sorted out to my satisfaction. So I used Astral again recently for bifold doors. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. I got a quote, the surveyor came to measure up and the fitters came on the day of my choice. Within 3 hours of the fitters arriving they removed my window, knocked out the wall, installed the doors and made good the render. They then cleared up and they left. Their work was faultless and I had not one complaint about anything (and I'm very fussy). The doors are high quality aluminium and have a thin frame so there's lots of glass. The opening and closing action is very smooth and easy. Very 😊

Avoid! Poor installation and poor customer service. We had to call them back to rectify issues after fitting. They use cheap, nasty window handles which you’ll end up replacing the lot in 5 yrs, if you can get them open because they lock shut.

Twenty - four years ago, we bought a conservatory from Astral Security Windows and 24 years later it is still in excellent condition.
So when we moved house recently, Astral was the obvious choice for some new double glazed doors.
Once again, the service from Astral was excellent, the sales team were friendly and helpful and offered reasonable prices for the new components. The installation team were great, they worked quickly and efficiently and delivered a very smart new set of doors, took away the old door and frame and left the site perfectly clean and tidy.
In summary - excellent service, reasonably priced windows and doors, rapid quality installation of top quality products - highly recommended!!

We paid a lot of money for top of the range new windows from Astral five years ago and at the time we were pleased with them. However, fast forward 5 years and every time it rains we have a major leak underneath one of the bay windows. Astral's customer service has been largely dreadful - constantly fobbing us off and saying they'll get back to us. Clearly they are more motivated to spend their time on customers about to spend money with them.
