Initial Sales impression was polite but a bit hyper active and seemed more liek someone pushing things on the streets rather than a Window Sales.

Subsequent call back was a bit too attentive like everyday even though i made it clear i had to have the authorisation from the insurance.

If you want Anglian I would suggest another branch

I have had my door done with Anglian. They have installed the wrong door lock. I have tried to contact them 4 times and all I get is no one answering or fob off that the a manager will contact me the next day, which never happens. I have had a heated conversation with a member staff who tried to fob me off once again and in the end they just put the phone down on me. It seems like they have my money and now dont care. I wouldn't go for this company if your looking for good customer service.

We gave them a building job for our dining room as well as window replacement. Windows went well but we experienced terrible project management for the dining room. The project manager never visited the site after initial visit. The project manager was rude even in the only visit he made. We were given a subcontractor for building who brought another helper that was not well who spent most of the time sitting. They saw our project as too small and yet they could not deliver on time whilst Anglian Home Improvements charged us a huge bill for the work. Our floor was sub standard. Missing window seal and the list goes on. Our opinion is they were too expensive for the poor building work they did for us. Will never use them again.

Terrible aftercare. We have had an issue with our front door that was supplied by Anglian. Nobody answers calls, responds to emails or returns contact in any way.
Very happy to take your money but not very happy to provide value for it.
I would definitely recommend you avoid these guys like the plague.

Made an enquiry a few months ago, received NON STOP calls from them since despite saying I wasn't going ahead and to remove me from their calling list. Judging by these reviews, I am glad we didn't go ahead. Leave me alone.

If you do your job right this will come down.

Extremely poor quality, doors damaged on installation, zero aftercare. I have been trying for 3 months to get this resolved and am clearly wasting my time. Avoid at all costs

We purchased a conservatory with Anglian. We paid the deposit in February 2021 and first stage payment in May 2021. We are end of August 2021 and they haven't started the work. They cancelled the agreed date 4 times (2 times without informing us beforehand). They eventually offered us a date mid-August 2021 but we had to cancel as we could not be at home for personal reasons. Since then, they are not offering any dates until November 2021. You don't know who the person in charge is and cannot call them. We've only recently discovered the work is covered by the Luton team. You only have one national email address to someone "planning the work" probably all over England and they don't care about one little customer. Customer service is inexistant. They have refused to refund and cancel the contract. Last option is the legal one. Never buy your conservatory from Anglian. It's a disaster.
