They call you to make an appointment after waiting 2yrs from the original installation date. Get a pensioner @ 74yrs old to move her house upside down and take a days of work to be told that they have to do another property first after fitting only 1 unit, we will be seeking damages for lost time from work for no reason, being told on your installation that they are not installing the windows is not adequate notice.

Time wasters. Anglian generally. Spivvy over familiar characters taking the calls and liaising with potential clients. Received a barrel of nonsense about them not being able to do a job because the wall had panelling on the outside. Picking and choosing. No customer service. Sharks. Avoid!
