Metro Rod (Merseyside)

I live in rented accommodation and have been chasing the estate agents to sort out the drains at the property since March, finally they booked a job with Metro Rod and the nice guy turned up in the rain on Saturday morning and got the drains sorted, but as the drains had got worse over time, they had over flowed onto the driveway and were causing a really bad smell. After the drains were unblocked, he even cleaned the surrounding areas and made the place look great. Job well done.

Thanks to Eddie and Mike from Metro rod for a great service yet again with having the big task of our quarterly full site drain maintenance here at the Prince Of Wales Hotel.

We are building contractors and we have a large commercial job on in Liverpool city center, we had an emergency on an adjacent property that seemed to be linked to our project. Metro rod where onsite within a few hours and managed to determine the issue was nothing to do with our works, they then helped us to resolve the issue for the landlord and help get the property back open for business on a busy Friday afternoon. had a major blockage effecting 3 flats, Engineers attended the blockage and cleared
from when the engineers turned up i felt that the job would be done

Fantastic service from initial phone call to completed job.

We arranged for 8am meet Jay was here at five to he had the job surveyed and sussed within the hour we had had 4 separate so called experts who were baffled
Jay had to come back with ladders and another engineer (never got his name sorry) as it was above the shops .
