Wouldn't even give a one star rating as three sets of curtains worth £500 have been completely ruined and was charged £96.80 for the privilege. He keeps ignoring my phone calls so I have therefore had to write a letter of complaint with enclosed photos of proof to see if he will come up and look at the damage caused.

Great service I use them on a regular basis.

For small things they are ok but for expensive curtains and delicate clothes better looking for somebody else.
