Friendly staff and great service - plus quick turn-around times. I've used Professional Dry Cleaners for suits, duvets, and repairs and have been happy with all of it - including replacing the zip on a thick parka. Two thumbs up!

Used this Dry Cleaners a number of times over the last couple of years. First class service. Recently experienced failure of a coat pocket repaired at this establishment, despite using the coat little and not storing heavy objects in the pocket. Repaired free of charge, excellent customer service.

They charged £75 to clean a rug, insisted on cash only payment, never called when it was ready and it took over a month. It took 2 attempts after the 4 week mark to successfully pick up the rug as they hadn't packed it when I turned up in week 5. I tried giving feedback ( i.e. calling the customer to let them know the item is ready, accepting bank cards on larger transactions etc) and the owner said he wasn't interested. All in all, a poor experience.

Left an expensive coat with them. Was unwell well for a few months and couldn't pick up. When I went in to get it, they said they no longer had it. They did not contact me once and just sold my coat. Avoid!

I have just tried to get my clothes for the third time and one of the items is still not ready after 10 days. I explained I can’t keep coming back and forth. Especially when it was suppose to be ready over a week ago. The guy round the back came storming out the front shouting at me. Ive told him to not shout at me as I haven’t raised my voice to you and I am a paying customer how dare you shout at me. He proceeded to shout telling me I’m frustrating him. I have never ever in my life been spoke to like that. I absolutely hate confrontation, I’ve never ever complained in my life, but I’ve come out of there shaking. How can someone make you feel that way when you just go to collect your dry cleaning. I hope he looks back at his CCTV and realises the way he speaks to people is totally unacceptable and learns some manners/customer service…. I looked at other reviews and I’m guessing I’m not the only one and seems like he just likes to shout at women from the looks of it !!!!!!!!!
