Monarch Dry Cleaners

Terrible machines. They don't wash your clothes hardly. Also despite a notice about using machines for horse and animal bedding, the owners are always washing horse bedding, I have also witnessed them putting in service wash (human) bedding in straight after without cleaning it out! It makes me cringe knowing how this launderette operates!!

I have lived by this dry cleaners all my life and it’s the first time I’ve used them and to be honest I have never give them a second thought and instead used Johnson’s in Stafford at double the price !

I would highly recommend Monarch and will definitely use them again.

A great launderette with Dry Cleaners next door. Open till 7pm in the week which is handy for a wash and dry after finishing work.

Fantastic service I couldn’t recommend them enough. We took my wife’s brand new expensive dress that had been purchased for a wedding
When taken out of the bag there were stains on it and the original shop declined to take any responsibility
The lady at Monarch was a star she went above and beyond restoring the dress

Tried to ring several times over a wedding dress clean and duvet cleans but never answer the phones!

Small wash £4.50 Though holds a lot of washing.
Big wash £9 Holds a bin bag full.
Dryers are £1 for 7 mins, these are huge. And dry clothes very quick.

Use the Laundrette all the time.
Cheaper than doing at home. And quicker.

Remember to bring laundry detergent.

The lady who helped us was extremely friendly and helpful. She changed £30 into coins for us and showed us how to use the machines. She was just next door the whole time and was quick to pop in should anyone need anything. Would definitely use again.
