Rude. The chap seemed totally disinterested, no charm whatsoever, and seemed to pluck a (very high!) price from thin air. Wouldn't use again, a much better one 5 mins walk away...

The worst laundry shop ever in my life. A star is too generous for this place, it deserve a 0 star.

I went there for my £150 jacket dry cleaning. After a week, I went back to pick it up, and saw all parts of my fur got completely ruined as they put it into a dry machine.
After a big argument , I got money £30 back but all in coins..

Because of this laundry shop, I 'Lost' money and I 'Wasted' a lot of time to 'argue' with the owner. I can't describe how much I have been stressed during the process. Such a Nightmare!

Terrible service and first impressions last, Should have never given them my business. Had trousers in for alternation only to find the trousers were thrown under the counter and they forgot to do the work - Went elsewhere. Avoid!

Often fails to deliver by the day he gives you, but does a reasonable job of cleaning - especially compared to others in the area

Rude, paid before hand to be told on collection I had to pay again.
