Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

I took in a suit to be drycleaned and repaired in Jan.

After a couple of weeks they admitted that they'd lost the suit trousers (the garment being repaired)
Despite repeated phone calls by me and promises of a claim form for the lost trousers it wasn't until I threatened them with the small claims court that they actually sent a claims form.
Weeks pass again ... they never called to provide an update despite promising to ... and finally in APRIL ... yes APRIL they call to say that they've found it and they'll post it straight away.
19 days later I ring to find out where it is only to be told they "they're putting together a voucher" to compensate for the inconvenience and will send it in a couple of days.
4 days later I finally receive my trousers, stuffed into a small bag and more crumpled then when I handed them over back in Jan and ... no surprise ... no vouchers

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Best dry cleaners in Winchester. Always use them. Highly recommend.

Brilliant at repairs!

From the moment I phoned this company they were very helpful. I needed my wedding dress cleaned and not only received great service from start to finish but also the best price in the area. The price was based on the dress type rather than a flat rate which is tricky because wedding dresses vary so much. Only tip is they need to update the website as I headed to the Chandlers Ford branch which is closed 😂 Was easily rectified by Steve though who went above and beyond to assist.

This is by far the best dry cleaner Winchester ! The people running it are so friendly and I feel that they are probably more experienced than the others nearby, their prices are also extremely competitive. It's the easiest in Winchester to access by car, as you can pull over in the side street opposite or park cheaply very close by, I wouldn't go elsewhere ever again, thanks very much ! Lisa

Went in to collect my item and was told they hadn’t done it. It took an extra 3 days on top of the original collection date to clean 1 jacket.

Look up the dry cleaner in Weeke just up the road for a better alternative.

Had an interview and shirt got creased while driving. Nipped in and asked if it could be ironed. They got straight to it and were incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend.
