Top Dry Cleaners

I'm a regular customer of TOPS, and always welcomed by very friendly staff. Service is second to none, and after my wife thought her wedding dress was ruined with a couple of stains from our reception, Simon at TOPS assured us they'd have it looking as good as new, and we weren't disappointed. THE ONLY dry cleaner I'll use.

I’ve used Top Dry Cleaners for the last few years after relocating back to Warwickshire. Always had a fantastic service, very helpful and 100% reliable.

This used to be my favorite cleaner, not cheap but professional and courteous and good value for money if you consider the high quality of the service... this until a few months ago when the service has degraded considerably (I had several suits cleaned again this week and they had white stains and iron shiny marks in the folds... not to mention the seat of one of the pants was damaged). A shame really. this used to be one of the best in Warwickshire. Not worth the high prices.

I tried my dress on, ahead of the big day and sadly managed to get make up on the neck line which was very obvious. I'd visited a dry cleaners previously who had told me that as my dress was 100% silk, they wouldn't be able to help, which was devastating but I did understand their nervousness as I was yet to wear the dress. I took the dress into Top Dry Cleaners following a recommendation and they were amazing. Simon took the dress into the back and returned literally 2 mins later, having removed the make up stains from the silk. I couldn't be more grateful. I'm taking my dress and veil there to be pressed before the big day, and I'll be taking dress there post wedding. Highly recommend!

I recently had my wedding dress cleaned here, and couldn't be more thrilled with the results! It was a bit of a state when I brought it in, with black marks all round the hem. The staff were very honest and up front from the beginning, and told me that they would do their best, but that not all the stains would come out. When I picked it up, I was shocked at just how clean they had managed to get it! They also gave me some helpful advice on how to store it so as not to damage it. Highly recommend.

Came in from Canada for a wedding and dropped my brand new suit to get steamed and fresh. Forgot to pick it up on Saturday and was on a panic when I realized they were closed Sunday. Went on the website and sent an email telling my sob story. Long story short the kind owners drove in from town to open the store early Sunday morning and gave me my suit simultaneously saving me from years of heckling from my in laws. Oh and the doghouse with my wife too! Can't thank these guys enough. Just really good people

My sofa has been revitalised....

I love my two G-plan sofas, bought from long lost and lamented Woodwards in 1993. They've been round the world and I hate to admit, somewhat neglected, mostly because I've never been sure how to have them cleaned. Anyway after carefully disembowelling the big one (whoever designs sofas is a genius) I took half the covers into Top Dry Cleaners in Leamington who were very helpful and friendly and after signing (quite reasonably) an at my risk disclaimer, I left them to it. With some trepidation I picked them up a few days later and they're perfect. Other half in for cleaning and now returned. So for £26 I've got, to all intents, a new G-Plan sofa and I'm thrilled (maybe it doesn't take a lot to thrill me I know) but I am thrilled so thank you Top Dry Cleaners. Absolutely no doubts about them doing the sibling but much less grubby smaller sofa in the near future too. Thank you.

Secons time taking a coat to this dry cleaners. Definitely won’t be returning again. The first time I took my lovely grey coat that had some blackcurrant squash spilt on it. I took it same day and explained what had happened. The stain was still clearly visable when I picked it up. I didn’t have time to leave it again so had to pay and take it away. I did end up getting it out myself. This time I took my black coat that had been crumpled in a bag for a few years after an alteration. When I picked it up it was less crumpled but looked like it needed a good clean. It had hairs on it and needed a really good roller to take all the bits off. Not sure what the £16 I paid was for!?! When I asked, they didn’t care and just said it goes into a machine, doesn’t get wet so it wouldn’t remove hair. Honestly, really not sure what I actually paid for, never again.
