Came to get my trousers altered. Completely forgotten to pick them up called up last minute the gentleman was very kind and let me come pick up my trousers extremely happy with the service provided. They also do collections and delivery which is amazing 5 stars!!!

I have been to many dry cleaners but zapp laundry is by far the best one. Suits and shirts cleaned, pressed and packaged excellently. Service and delivery was very quick. 😀

I use this dry cleaners every week. I have had some issues in the past with them in terms of quality of the dry cleaning they do. My work shirts had black stains on the sleeves. I confronted them and they accepted, so i left it at that. Once again, one of my shirts had a cream/yellow line across the collar of the shirt. I spotted this in the shop when collecting the shirts, but the guy told me i had that stain there before giving him the shirts. Completely impossible for there to be a line across the collar of the shirt. The shirt has clearly rubbed off against something to cahse this, but instead of accepting fault, they tell you that it was there before. As i said very unprofessional and poor quality. Will not be using them again.

I have used their ironing service twice. Both times I had a few issues but they were eventually resolved.
