Classic Dry Cleaners

Got my keys cut here, the keys don't work, why did i even bother. It was so terrible i didn't even want to go back there for a refund, rather loose out on my money than go back there and feel stressed. Don't go near this place has a aura of stress.

I changed my mind about shoe alterations a few hours after I dropped them off (I'd been told that what these guys suggested doing to the shoes would not work). So I called to apologise and cancel but he told me that he would have to call someone to ask if this is acceptable. I felt like something wasn't quite right with that so I walked down to pick them up, because surely they would still be there for me to collect. When I got there he sighed in my face (without a mask) and started to call someone to ask if I could take them. Then another staff member came in and they were under the counter all along which he gave to me. I think the other man was trying to lie and make me think that the work had already been done to charge me anyway.

AVOID! Brought in a designer suit for alterations and after going back and forth for over 2 weeks with the owner and his son, they then decided to deny receipt of one the items altogether- so they STOLE my order! Can only FILE A POLICE REPORT but not optimistic about the outcome :/

I have come here twice now and each time the service has been brilliant and of quality. The pricing is super affordable and they have a very quick turn around. Gained a loyal customer in me.

THIS PLACE MAKES UP PRICES ON THE SPOT. I left my throw here for dry cleaning. The man didn’t check the label, just accepted the item and charged me £18. When I came back go pick it up, I was told to come back in an hour because it was still damp. Damp… after dry cleaning? When challenged, he got another staff member and eventually I managed to find out that my throw had been washed in a washing machine and partially dried. I was also shown the label now that everything had been said and done. When I challenged the price (for something I can do at home) the men claimed £18 was a standard price for a machine wash. When asked though, their weren’t able to show me a price menu. I ended up paying 18 quid for a damp throw which smelled of detergent I didn’t consent to being used on it. I felt so angry so I came here to leave a review and saw that this wasn’t an isolated incident. The sheer number of 1-star reviews left here and their content tell me that predatory sales and poor customer service are the bread and butter of this place.

Send the clothes to clean, but after taking them back, it's the same as not washing. Oil stains can't be cleaned. What's the difference from putting them in a washing machine?

Tell me which day I will come to pick up the clothes, but one of them has not been washed yet, which wastes me a day.

Only cash is accepted. I suspect that I am evasion.

Great service! They did a very good and clean job with my alterations.
